TourGolfClubs.com guarantees you will be satisfied with your golf clubs. We offer you a 30 day money back guarantee on any order.
This means that you can get our clubs in your hands, try them at the range or on the course, and decide to keep or return them within 30 days. Please note, because of the variety of shipping methods, we can't refund the cost of shipping. If you received free shipping with your order a $17.50 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the initial shipping and handling charge. Clearance sale items are not eligible for the 30 day return policy.
A TourGolfClubs representative must authorize all returns. For authorization please email your requests to returns@tourgolfclubs.com and include your order number and reason for return. A Return Authorization Number (RAN) will be provided to you within 2 business days. This number must accompany your return. When returning any item, please include in the package: your name, address, phone number and the Return Authorization Number. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to TourGolfClubs. The only exception to this is if the warehouse incorrectly picked the order. Refund is issued after we receive and inspect the product. Refund time is 2 weeks after factory receives the product. The product must be recieved no later then 10 days after the 30 guarentee period in order to recieve a refund.
TourGolfClubs Warranty Information
All TourGolfClubs merchandise is covered by a lifetime warranty against breakage under normal playing conditions. (Hitting off of mats, killing snakes, throwing clubs, beating trees, etc. is not considered the regular course of play.) This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser.
This warranty does not apply to:
Any driver that dents due to a ball being struck outside the face will not be covered by warranty. Dents on the sole or on top of the club are not covered. Normal wear from play is not covered.
